Adjustable Children Montessori Table and Chair Set Luula - Mint Green

A table-and-chair set in mint-green laminate and Baltic birch plywood, designed to grow with a child from the end of the toddler years through primary school. The tabletop measures 90 × 50 cm and sits at a height adjustable between 49 and 67 cm. The chair's seat is 36 × 28 cm with an adjustable height from 28 to 42 cm. A three-year-old sits with feet flat on the floor and forearms resting level on the table; so does a ten-year-old, with the legs extended.

The tabletop lifts on a hinge to reveal a hidden storage well beneath — deep enough for a stack of A3 paper, a pencil case, a half-built Lego model, and the dozen other things that accumulate around a child who draws. The lift-top closes flush and stays shut under the weight of a plate or a laptop.

A paper roll mounts at the side of the tabletop, feeding a clean sheet across the surface whenever the last one fills up. An acrylic tracing board sits inside the storage well: a child slips a line drawing underneath and traces it with a dry-wipe marker, or uses the acrylic as a clean drawing surface over a printed reference.

Construction is 15 mm Baltic birch plywood throughout, edged and faced in a soft mint-green laminate. Baltic birch is a northern European plywood with tight, even layers — stiffer than pine and more stable than MDF over long spans, which is why the tabletop holds 90 cm without a central support. The laminate resists marker bleed, watercolour splashes, and the repeated scrape of a ceramic bowl.

Certified to the EU Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC. Two-year manufacturer warranty. Total weight 28 kg — it stays where it is set, and feels like furniture rather than an accessory. Recommended for ages 3 to 12.
