Refund & Return Policy

14-day returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Ship it back at your own cost, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover everything.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by Kratt Labs OÜ (trading as Pippo Kids) to your original payment method within 5 working days of the returned item being inspected and accepted. If the item was damaged or incorrect on arrival, we cover all return shipping.

What we cannot refund

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces (some furniture is built to your chosen finish).
  • Items returned damaged, washed, or without original packaging.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or wrong item

Email hello@pippokids.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer, and arrange free collection.

How to return

  1. Email hello@pippokids.com with your order number.
  2. We will send the return address for the relevant workshop — most of our makers handle returns directly.
  3. Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

EU statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the 14-day withdrawal period for distance sales.
