Where we ship

Across the EU. Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days. Larger furniture pieces sometimes take longer; the couriers usually call to schedule a time.

Rates

• Free EU shipping on orders over €150.
• Standard rate below €150: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• UK orders may incur import VAT payable on delivery — this depends on HMRC rules and is not something we can pre-pay at checkout.

How orders move

Pippo products ship directly from the workshop that made them — mostly in Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Spain. That means:

• Each item in a multi-item order may arrive separately.
• Furniture shipments sometimes take 5–10 working days because workshops batch outgoing freight.
• Tracking is sent per shipment; you will get a shipping confirmation email for each one.

Customs & taxes

EU orders are shipped with VAT included — no customs fees on arrival. Non-EU orders (UK, Norway, Switzerland) may be subject to local import VAT and handling fees on delivery.

Returns

14-day returns on unused items in original packaging. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

Delivery issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected window or arrives damaged, email hello@pippokids.com within 7 days of the tracking marking "delivered" and we will make it right.
