Who we are

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Kratt Labs OÜ (registry code 17468948), registered at Laulupeo pst 7-4, 51006 Tartu, Estonia (hereafter "the Company"), operating the online store under the trade name "Pippo Kids" (hereafter "the Store"), and any customer who places an order through the Store (hereafter "the Customer").

When you buy from this store, your contract is with Kratt Labs OÜ.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms when we send the order confirmation email. Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT for EU destinations.

Pricing errors

If we spot an obvious pricing error (e.g. a €400 crib listed at €4), we may cancel the affected line before shipping and refund. We will always let you know first.

Availability

Pippo products are made-to-order or shipped from small workshops. Very occasionally stock shown online may be out of date. If something is unavailable, we will contact you with a revised lead time or a refund — your choice.

Warranty

All furniture comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from delivery. This does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos — is owned by Pippo Kids or our brand partners. Do not copy or reuse it without permission.

Liability

We limit our liability to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. EU consumers retain the rights of their country of residence. Disputes may be resolved via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
