How children use it shifts through the year. At eighteen months, the rocker is a seat with a gentle curve. At two, the slide is a ramp for a teddy, then a ramp for the child themselves, feet-first on the belly. At three, the ladder goes on and the full sequence opens — climb up the ladder, sit at the top, slide down, crawl around, repeat.
