Shipping & Return Policy

30-day returns

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. This is above the 14-day statutory minimum under EU consumer law.

How to return

1. Email hello@pippokids.com with your order number and which item you'd like to return.
2. We'll send the return address for the relevant brand — most handle returns directly.
3. Once the item arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Return shipping

Customer pays return shipping costs.

Exceptions

Custom or made-to-order items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged in transit.

Faulty goods

Separately, EU law gives you a 2-year warranty on goods that don't match what was sold or that develop a defect not caused by use. If something arrives faulty or breaks within normal use, write to us — we'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits your rights under EU consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales (we extend ours to 30 days).
