Six pieces in light-grey teddy fabric — a soft, cloudy grey that pairs with almost any wall colour and hides dust between washes. Seat mattress at 160 × 80 × 12 cm, two backrests at 56 × 30 × 12 cm, a round cushion at Ø30 × 8 cm.

As a sofa, the Coccolo seats a toddler and a parent side by side with a book between them. Flattened, the seat mattress works as a tumbling mat for indoor gymnastics, or as a spare mattress when a cousin stays over. The two backrests prop against a wall for a reading corner; the round cushion doubles as a pillow, a footrest, or a stepping stone in floor games.

Teddy fabric has a tight curly loop that feels warm against bare skin and holds its texture through repeated washes. Foam is dense enough to survive daily jumping but soft enough to land on. Covers zip off and machine-wash at 30°C — worth doing every few months once the Coccolo becomes furniture a child actually lives on.
