Babydreams Chest of Drawers

A three-drawer chest from the Babydreams range. 80 cm wide, 80.5 cm tall, 41 cm deep — the dimensions of a classic nursery dresser, sized to take a changing mat on top in the first year.

Three drawers run the full width. Rounded corners on the body and the drawer fronts — no sharp edges at a toddler's eye height. The silhouette is soft rather than boxy, which matters in a nursery where most other surfaces are curves (cot rails, play mats, the parent's body).

Three colour options: white, pastel blue, or pastel pink. The paint is eco-formulated, water-based, and compliant with EN 71-3 — the chemical-migration standard applied to toys a child might mouth. 18 mm E1-class laminated chipboard throughout, which caps formaldehyde emissions at the level permitted for sleeping rooms.

The dresser works as a changing station for the first twelve to eighteen months — add a changing mat across the top — and transitions into a clothes dresser afterward, when the child no longer needs the flat surface.
